摘要
以某钢箱梁顶推为工程依托,针对顶推过程中由于临时支架、钢箱梁本身线型误差、以及钢箱梁在吊装、焊接过程中的施工误差,导致箱梁与滑板之间的面接触变为点接触,甚至出现脱空的现象,致使支反力重分布,进而导致局部屈曲。采用三维精细有限元板壳模型模拟钢箱梁顶推施工过程,建立精细局部模型对支点处局部屈曲状态进行仿真分析,并建议在通过滑道的底板上增加平行及垂直于腹板的加劲肋。该建议被采纳实施后,取得了良好的施工效果,可供同类工程项目借鉴。
Taking the project of incremental launching engineering of a steel box beam as an example,the surface contact turn into the point contact between the box beam and slid beam even separates which lead to reaction force redistribution and local buckling because of temporary supports,linear error of steel box beam,and construction error in steel box beam lifting and welding in the process of incremental launching.The shell models of 3D finite elements have been taken to simulate the process of incremental launching for steel box beam,and the local buckling state of incremental launching engineering of steel box beam was simulated and analyzed by a fine partial model,the suggestion about adding the parallel stiffeners and stiffeners perpendicular to the web on bottom plate of the slide was proposed.The proposed suggestion has been adopted by the owners and construction units,and achieved good results in construction,which could provide theoretical and practical learning experience for similar projects.
