摘要
目的评定2014年放射个人剂量监测系统比对不确定度及其影响因素。方法按照《2014年全国放射工作人员个人剂量监测系统比对方案》,采用热释光法进行个人剂量当量测量,计算各个不确定度分量。结果置信概率为95%,k=2时,5组盲样中第1、2、5组的相对扩展不确定度均为14%;第3、4组的相对扩展不确定度分别为29%和15%。结论个人剂量不确定度主要受到测量读出值、本底值、能量响应、角度响应、非线性和刻度因子等因素的影响。
[Objective]To evaluate the personal radiation dose monitoring system comparison uncertainty in 2014, and analyze its influencing factors.[Methods]According to the Comparison plan of personal dose monitoring system for radiation workers in China in2014, the personal dose equivalent was measured by the thermoluminescence method, and the uncertainty components were calculated.[Results]With 95% confidence probability( k=2), the relative expanded uncertainty of 1, 2 and 5 group in five blind sample groups was 14%, while the relative expanded uncertainty of 3 and 4 group was 29% and 15% respectively.[Conclusion]The uncertainty of personal radiation dose is mainly influenced by the measuring readout value, background value, energy response,angle response, nonlinear and scale factor.
