摘要 针对橡胶臭氧龟裂试验机试样定伸长装置存在的不足,如不能满足试验数量、试验质量、试验设备及试验操作方面的要求,对试样夹持部分、试样拉伸长度调节部分、试样夹持部分与试样拉伸长度调节部分的配合、装置使用材料,进行设计及优化。不仅解决了操作不便、设备长期运转带来的安全问题,更大大提高了臭氧老化效率;也很大程度上克服了多组配方胶料不能同时、同条件下进行试验的问题,保证了同批、不同配方试验数据的准确性和对比性。 Part of the sample holder, sample stretched length adjustment portion, sample holding portion with the stretched length adjustment portion and materials of the device have been designed and optimized due to the insufficiency of rubber ozone cracking test machine's constant elongation device on dissatisfying experiments' quantity, quality test, laboratory equipment and la- boratory operational requirements. Not only does it solve operating inconvenient and security problems of long - term operation e- quipment, but also greatly enhance the efficiency of ozone aging. Also it largely overcomes the problem that the multiple sets of rubber formulations can't be carried out under the same experimental conditions and ensure the accuracy and comparability of same batch with different formulations of experimental data.
