摘要
目的探讨不同民族医学实习生医患沟通认知、态度和行为及其差异,为提高实习生沟通技能的干预措施提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷对新疆医科大学临床医学专业五年级本科414名实习生进行调查,其中汉族201人,少数民族213人,调查实习生的一般情况、医患沟通态度和认知情况以及在临床实习期间医患沟通行为。结果汉族医学生和少数民族医学生对医患沟通的重要性及其作用的认知、对医患沟通障碍和医患间信任感的认知存在差异,在医患沟通中主动倾听、及时反馈以及对医患沟通能力自我评价等方面存在差异,不同民族医学生对医患沟通能力相关培训的态度无差异。结论不同民族医学生对医患沟通的认知和医患沟通行为存在差异,可根据实习生医患沟通态度民族特性,有针对性地采取医患沟通培训措施。
Objective To investigate the cognition and attitude towards the doctor-patient communication of medicine interns of different ethnics and the different behaviors they carry out,to provide the basis for the precautions to improve the communication skills of the interns.Methods To investigate 414 interns of clinical medicine of the fifth grade(201of Han and 213 of ethnics)at Xinjiang Medical University in terms of the general situation of them,their attitude towards and their knowledge of the doctor-patient communication and their behaviors in carrying out the doctor-patient communication by using self-designed questionnaire.Results Differences between Han-Chinese interns and the ethnic minority interns exist in their cognition and the carry-out of the doctor-patient communication practice,and there are differences in active listening,instant feedback and self-evaluation in communication between Han-Chinese and the minorities;while there is no difference in their attitude towards the relevant training of doctor-patient communication skills.Conclusion Since significant differences between different ethnic interns exist in their cognition and the carry-out of the doctor-patient communication practice,targeted training measures in the communication training should be applied in basis of the ethnic characteristics considering their attitude towards the communication.
