摘要
通过测量的投运电容器组电压、电流的基波及谐波相量,计算无功补偿电容器组参数。为了降低电网频率波动对测量结果的影响,利用加窗插值快速傅里叶变换(FFT)算法对采样数据进行分析,选择旁瓣性能良好的8项最小旁瓣窗作为加窗函数,应用多项式拟合求出了实用的插值修正公式。仿真结果表明,该算法克服了电网频率波动对测量结果的影响,在测量信号的信噪比较大时也具有较高的测量准确度。基于以上方法实现了一套电容器组参数在线辨识系统。现场运行结果表明所提方法可用于无功补偿电容器组参数的在线辨识。
It is proposed to calculate the parameters of reactive power compensation capacitor branch according to the measurements of its fundamental voltage,current and harmonic phasor. The windowed interpolation FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) is adopted in the analysis of sampled data to reduce the influence of grid frequency fluctuation on the measurements,the eight-term minimum sidelobe window is selected as the window function due to its excellent performance and the polynomial fitting is used to deduce the practicable interpolation correction formula. The simulative results show that,the proposed algorithm is immune to the grid frequency fluctuation and has higher measuring accuracy even when the SNR(Signal-to- Noise Ratio) of measured signal is big. An online parameter identification system of reactive power compensation capacitor branch is implemented based on the proposed method and the results of its field operation show the parameters of reactive power compensation capacitor branch are online identified.
