摘要
文章以广西某铅锌硫化矿尾矿为研究对象,对其用作生产复合硅酸盐水泥混合材料进行小试试验,结果表明,该铅锌硫化矿尾矿为第I类一般工业固体废物,成分与沸石较为接近,生产、贮存、应用对环境影响较小。经过六种配比平行试验研究发现,铅锌硫化矿尾矿掺入率最佳值为20%,此时各项指标可满足GB175-2007《通用硅酸盐水泥》要求,社会、经济、环境效益显著。
This paper conducted pilot tests on the effect of tailings from a Guangxi Pb-Zn sulfide deposit as a mixed material for composite portland cement production.The result indicated that the Pb-Zn sulfide ore tailings are general industrial solid waste of category I,which was similar to zeolite in composition and had less impact on the environment in the process of production,storage and application.According to the paral-lel tests with six different proportions of the tailings,the optimum lending ratio of Pb-Zn sulfide ore tailings was 20% while the indexes of the products met the requirement of Common Portland Cement (GB175-2007) with notably favorable social,economic and environmental benefits.
