摘要
重负荷柴油发动机技术的不断革新对润滑油的性能提出了越来越高的要求,尤其是烟炱分散性能。文章综述了提高润滑油烟炱分散性能的必要性,介绍了重负荷柴油机油规格中所要求的与烟炱分散性能相关的台架试验方法,阐述了烟炱的产生过程和烟炱对柴油机油性能的影响,分别从无灰分散剂、黏度指数改进剂和抗氧剂等方面提出了解决烟炱引起的油品黏度增长和磨损等问题的方案。
With the technological innovation of heavy duty diesel engine, it requires increasing performance of lubricating oil, especially soot- dispersancy. This paper summarizes the necessity of improving the soot dispersancy of lubricating oil, bench test methods associated with soot - dispersancy under the diesel engine oil specifications, describes the soot forma- tion and the effects of soot on the performance of diesel engine oil. Besides, a way to solve the problem of the oil viscosity increase and wear caused by soot is proposed from the aspects of ashless dispersant, viscosity index improver and antioxi- dant respectively.
