摘要
目的了解河南省某长输管道运营企业职业病危害作业人员的健康状况及变化趋势,针对检查结果中存在的问题,提出建议,采取合理的干预措施。方法对2012—2014年河南省某长输管道运营企业职工职业健康检查结果进行总结和分析。结果该企业在职员工中,血压、尿常规、血常规、肝功能、心电图、腹部彩超、X线胸片、耳鼻喉常规、电测听等项目出现异常。其中肝功能、心电图异常检出率呈显著上升趋势(P<0.01),X线胸片、耳鼻喉、电测听异常检出率呈显著下降趋势(P<0.01)。结论该企业职工健康存在一定问题。应提倡健康饮食、适量运动的生活方式,加强健康教育、员工职业健康监护工作和劳动中的防护与管理工作,重视员工个人防护用品的使用,提高员工自我保护意识,达到预防、控制和消除职业病危害,防止职业病,保护劳动者健康及相关权益的目的。
[Objective]O understand the health status and variation tendency of workers exposed to occupational hazards in a longdistance pipelines operating enterprise of Henan Province,put forward the recommendations and take the reasonable interventions according to the existing problems. [Methods]The occupational health examination results of workers in a long-distance pipelines operating enterprise of Henan Province from 2012-2014 were summarized and analyzed.[Results]The workers showed the abnormal results in blood pressure,urine routine test,blood routine test,liver function,electrocardiogram,abdominal ultrasound,chest X-ray,ENT routine test and audiometry. The abnormal rates of liver function and electrocardiogram showed a significant upward trend（P〈0.01）,while the abnormal rates of chest X-ray,ENT routine test and audiometry showed a significant downward trend（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]There are some health problems in the workers of this enterprise. It is necessary to promote the lifestyle of healthy diet and moderate exercise,strengthen health education,occupational health surveillance,as well as labor protection and management,focus on the use of individual protective articles,and improve workers＇ self-protection consciousness,to prevent,control and eliminate the occupational hazards,prevent occupational disease,and protect health and related interests of workers.
