放射工作人员染色体畸变率及微核率研究的meta分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的运用meta分析统计学方法进一步对我国放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率及微核率的研究进行总结和分析。方法全面检索国内相关研究文献,依据Meta分析的纳入和排除标准收集到1997—2011年我国符合研究要求的7个地域的关于职业接触放射线工作人员外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率及微核率分析的公开发表文章共10篇。以risk difference(RD)为效应值,使用固定效应模型或随机效应模型,应用meta分析方法对相关研究进行数据的合并与分析。结果接触放射线工作者外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率RD合并值为0.0019,合并值的95%CI为0.000 7~0.003 1;微核率RD合并值为0.000 7,合并值的95%CI为0.000 4~0.001 0。结论职业接触放射线可引起外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率及微核率增高,须加强放射工作人员的放射卫生防护工作。 [Objective]To further sum and analyze the research on peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus rate of radiation workers by using Meta analysis. [Methods]The retrieval on domestic research literatures was performed. According to the criteria and exclusion standard of Meta analysis,the study retrieved 10 articles about peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus rate of occupational radiation workers in seven regions of China,which were published from 1997-2011. With Risk Difference(RD) for effect value,the data from related researches were combined and analyzed by the fixed effects model or random effects model of Meta analysis.[Results]Among radiation workers,the RD combined value of peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberration rate was 0.001 9,with 95% CI of 0.000 7-0.003 1,and RD combined value of micronucleus rate was 0.000 7,with 95% CI of 0.000 4-0.001 0.[Conclusion]Occupational exposure to radiation can cause increased peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberrtion rate and micronucleus rate,so it is necessary to strengthen the radiological protection in radiation workers.
