摘要
做好个人剂量监测工作不仅使放射工作人员的身体健康得到保障,也有助于对放射工作场所的防护做出正确评价,防止意外放射事故的发生。只有加强放射防护评价工作,普及放射防护知识,不断加强放射工作人员的自我防护意识及健康检查意识,才能保护放射工作人员的身体健康,有效的预防放射性疾病的发生。作者阐述了放射卫生管理中的个人剂量监测和放射防护评价及二者的关系。
The implementation of individual dose monitoring can not only ensure the health of radiation workers,but also promote the correct evaluation of the protection measures in radioactive workplace, so as to prevent radiation accidents.Only by strengthening the radiation protection evaluation work,popularizing knowledge of radiological protection,and enhancing the selfprotection consciousness and health examination consciousness among radiation workers,can we protect radiation worker＇s health and effectively prevent radiation diseases.The author expounds the individual dose monitoring and radiological protection evaluation in radiological health management,as well as the relationship between them.
