摘要
[目的]观察活血化瘀汤治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,将66例住院及门诊患者活血化瘀汤(生地黄、丹参、玄参、山楂各15g,麦冬、天麻、钩藤、赤芍、牡丹皮各12g,川芎10g,牡蛎30g,何首乌制20g;肝火亢盛加龙胆草;痰浊壅盛加半夏、竹茹、泽泻),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早晚饭后口服,150m L/次。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、SF-36评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效42例,有效24例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。血压改善显著(P<0.01)。SF-36评分改善显著(P<0.01)。[结论]活血化瘀汤治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe Huoxue Huayu Soup hyperactivity hypertension treatment efficacy.[Methods]Using a prospective design methods,the 66 cases of outpatient and inpatient blood circulation by parties（Shengdihuang,Danshen,Xuanshen,Shanzha 15 g,Maidong,Tianma,Gouteng,Chishao,Mudanpi each 12 g,Chuanxiong 10 g,Muli 30 g,Heshouwu 20g;anger hyperactivity plus Longdancao;phlegm and dampness plus Banxia,Zhuru,Zexie）,a/d,decoction 300 m L,morning and evening meal oral,150 m L/second.15 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,blood pressure,SF-36 scores,adverse reactions.2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]42 cases markedly effective in 24 cases,ineffective 0 cases,the total efficiency of 100.00%.Blood pressure indicators improved significantly（P〈0.01）.SF-36 scores improved significantly（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]HXHY hyperactivity hypertension treatment results were satisfactory,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
