摘要
[目的]观察复方枯矾散联合特比萘芬治疗湿性足癣疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将94例门诊患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组45例特比萘芬乳膏,药膏薄层均匀涂于患处,轻揉片刻,早、晚各1次。治疗组49例复方枯矾散(枯矾30g,苍术10g,滑石粉100g,硼砂粉、赤石脂各10g,苦参30g),药物混合,研磨成粉,前2周外用皮损处2次/d,后2周早外用皮损处1次,晚外用特比萘芬乳膏1次。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、真菌清除率、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈34例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率93.86%。对照组痊愈24例,有效11例,无效10例,总有效率77.87%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。真菌清除率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]复方枯矾散联合特比萘芬治疗湿性足癣疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the effect of Kufan San Joint Compound alum terbinafine treatment.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,94 outpatients law by simple dice randomly divided into two groups.The control group 45 cases of terbinafine cream,cream evenly thin layer onto the affected area,gently massage a moment,morning and evening,the 1st.Compound treatment group,49 cases of alum powder（Kufan 30 g,Cangzhu 10 g,Huashifen 100 g,Pengshafen,Chishizhi 10 g,Kushen 30g）,pharmaceutical compounding,ground into powder,two weeks before external lesions at 2 times/d,after two weeks early external lesions at one time,late topical terbinafine hydrochloride cream 1 times.7d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,fungal clearance rate,adverse reactions.4 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure 34 cases,effective 12 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency of 93.86%.The control group recovered 24 cases,effective in 11 cases,10 cases,the total efficiency of 77.87%.Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.Fungal clearance rate in treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Compound alum powder combined terbinafine treatment satisfaction wet Pedis effect,no serious adverse reactions,is worth promoting.
