教师“自我管理”——构建专业学习共同体的一个必要因素

摘要 教师专业学习共同体是一种组织形式,组织的良性发展离不开有效的管理,教师卓有成效的"自我管理"是专业学习共同体存在与发展不可或缺的前提和保障。教师的"自我管理"涉及人际关系管理、工作管理、决策管理和时间管理等几个方面,每个方面都包含着相当丰富的管理内容和管理方法。为促进教师成为有效的"自我管理者",学校领导、教师本人、教师培训者需要承担起各自的责任,寻求适当的对策。 Teachers' professional learning community is a kind of organization that can not develop well with-out efficient management.Teachers' effective self-management is necessary the premises and guarantee for the existing and development of professional learning community.Teacher's self-management includes relationship management, work management, decision management and time management, and each of them include abundant contents and methods.To encourage teachers to be efficient self-managers, school leaders, teachers and teacher trainers all should take different responsibilities.
