摘要
采用正交试验研究了浇注温度、挤压力、模具预热温度和保压时间等工艺参数对Al-Si-Cu合金的微观组织和力学性能的影响。在ZL102合金中加入纯Cu,得到成分为Al-12.4Si-4.5Cu合金,进行了正交试验。结果表明,与普通铸件相比,挤压铸件微观组织更加细小均匀,力学性能显著提高,但韧性有所降低。Al-12.4Si-4.5Cu合金的最佳工艺方案是,浇注温度为680℃,模具预热温度为200℃,压力为200kN,保压时间为14s。热处理后,抗拉强度比热处理前高了106.8MPa,硬度(HV)比热处理前高了20。
Based on orthogonal testing,effects of processing parameters,such as pouring temperature,squeezing force,mould preheating temperature and holding pressure time,on microstructure of Al-12.4Si-4.5Cu alloy were investigated by SEM,OM,tensile testing.The results reveal that compared with common castings,squeezing castings exhibit more fine and uniform microstructure with more excellent mechanical properties,however,the ductility and corrosion resistance are decreased.The optimized processing parameters for the squeezing casting Al-12.4Si-4.5Cu alloy are presented as follows:pouring at680 ℃,preheating mould at 200℃ with pressure for 200 kN for 14 s.After heat treatment,the tensile strength and hardness of the alloy are increased by 106.8MPa and 20,compared with those of one without heat treatment.
