摘要
以铝及铝合金冶金和熔铸生产过程中的相关数据为基础,阐明了铝及铝合金中Fe、Si、Ga、V、Na和Ca等杂质元素的主要来源。结合冶金学和材料学的相关理论,讨论了各杂质元素的生成过程及相关机理,为铝及铝合金生产过程中的杂质控制提供参考。
Main source of ferrum,silicon,gallium,vanadium,sodium and calcium,in aluminum and aluminum alloys were summarized based on the data from metallurgical and casting process.The generation process and mechanism of each impurity element were discussed based on metallurgy,materials science and other related theories,which provided reference and direction for control of the impurity elements in aluminum and aluminum alloys.
