摘要
针对企业应急预案培训存在成本高、组织难、效果难以评价等问题,提出了一种基于虚拟现实技术的化工事故应急救援协同演练系统,设计了真实受训者和机器人实体混合的协同演练模式,使用脚本技术实现了多角色、多预案的应急演练。提出了虚拟演练考核评价体系,该体系包括参演者个人行为考核与演练整体效果评价两部分。一方面可以检查参演者对预案内容的掌握程度,另一方面则可以检验预案编制的合理性和有效性。某石化企业的应用结果表明,系统可以为企业安全生产的岗位培训和应急救援指挥决策提供支持,具有良好的应用价值和现实意义。
For the problems of chemical emergency plans training, such as high cost, and difficulties of organization and effect evaluation, a virtual reality-based collaborative training system is proposed. A mix of trainees and intelligent robots collaborative exercise mode is designed and a multi-role, multi-plan emergency exercise is implemented using scripts technology. An evaluation system for virtual exercise is proposed which aims to examine the trainees' mastery of plans and evaluate overall effect of exercise. The system has been used in a petrochemical enterprise and the application results show that it well supports for the safe production of job training and command decision with good application value and practical significance.
