摘要
采用梯度稀释平板分离法从土壤中分离菌种,并通过与研究中心实验室购买和保存的其他11株菌株进行比较,最终筛选出了一株香兰素摩尔转化率和转化效率相对较高的菌株B7,结合菌株形态学特征、生理生化试验结果和菌株16S rRNA序列分析鉴定及系统发育分析结果,最终鉴定该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。
The bacteria were isolated from soil by gradient dilution plate separation method. In final, a strain B7 with relatively high conversion capability of vanillin was screened by comparing with other 11 strains purchased and preserved in laboratory of research center. Through strain morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical test results, 16S rRNA sequence identification and phylogenetic analysis results, the strain B7 was inditified as Bacillus subtilis.
