摘要
利用 gleeble-3800热模拟试验机对3Cr13不锈钢进行了温度范围为900-1300℃、应变速率范围为0.1-10 s^-1的压缩试验,研究3Cr13不锈钢的高温热变形行为。经过计算得到了热变形激活能 Q=472294J/mol,得出了Z 参数与峰值应力σp 的数学表达式,并依据动态材料模型(DMM)建立了3Cr13不锈钢的热加工图。
The investigation of the thermal deformation behavior of stainless steel 3Cr13 was performed by gleeble-3800 hot simulator with the strain rates 0.1-10 s^-1 over the temperature range from 1 100 ℃ to 1 300 ℃.The ther-mal deformation activation energy (Q=472 294J/mol),parameter Z and the mathematical expression ofσp were also determined.At the same time,with the accordance to the DMM (Dynamic Material Model),we have built the heat processing map of 3Cr13 stainless steel.
