中厚板低合金钢钛强化技术研究与实践 被引量:2

Research and practice of titanium strengthening technology for heavy plate low alloy steel

摘要 通过研究钛对钢性能的影响,对低合金 Q345B 钢钛微合金的化学成分进行设计及制定了针对性的生产工艺,进行冶炼和热轧试验。结果表明,钛合金化 Q345B 钢的金相组织主要以铁素体+珠光体组成,屈服强度稳定在350-423 MPa,抗拉强度为496-557 MPa,断后伸长率为24.5%-29.5%。钢板的综合性能稳定,合格率达到100%,较原工艺钢板性能有显著提高。降低 Q345B 低合金钢板的生产成本约17.57元/t(钢)。 By analyzing the effect of Ti on the properties of the steel,the chemical composition of Q345B low alloy steel was designed and targeted production technology was made.Then experiments of steelmaking and rolling were conducted.The experiment results indicated that ferrite and pearlite were the main microstructure for titanium mi-croalloyed Q345B steel.Yield strength was fluctuating from 350 MPa to 423 MPa,tensile strength was fluctuating from 496 MPa to 557 MPa,and elongation rate was fluctuating from 24.5% to 29.5%.The plate of the comprehen-sive performance was stable,qualification rate of property was 100%,which had improved significantly compared with that of the original process.The cost of steel was decreased by 17.57 RMB per ton.
