摘要
用水热反应法结合随后的煅烧法制备了NiO空心球,并将其作为负极材料用于制备锂离子电池。用XRD、SEM、TEM对NiO进行表征,用循环伏安法(CV)、恒流充放电法(GCD)和交流阻抗法(EIS)对其进行电化学性能测试。结果显示,NiO空心球在电流密度为50mA/g条件下,第一次放电比电容高达1780.8 mAh/g,且经过34次充放电循环后其比容量还剩325.6mAh/g,这表明NiO空心球电极材料具有较好的可逆比容量。
In this works,hollowspherical NiO,synthesised by hydrothermal method followed by calcined with starch,precipitator and nickle source as raw materials,was used as cathode material for lithium-ion batteries.The hollowspherical NiO was characterized by X-ray diffraction XRD,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),and its electrochemical properties was measured by cyclic voltammetry(CV),galvanostatic charge/discharge(GCD)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)measurements.The results show that the hollowspherical NiO exhibit specific capacitance as large as 1780.8 mAh/g at the current density of 50mAg-1and the specific capacitance still is 325.6mAh/g after 34 cycles,it demonstrates that the hollowspherical NiO electode material has better reversible specific capacity.
