摘要
为了评估郝家梁煤矿建设的可行性,对该项目从市场、技术、资源及融资方面进行了风险分析,并针对分析结果建议采取风险控制和风险自担策略,从而防范和降低风险。
In order to evaluate the feasibility of Haojialiang coal mine project,risk analysis was carried out from the aspect of market,technology,resource and financing. Based on the results of risk analysis,the plan of risk control and assumption of risk was proposed for avoiding and reducing risk.
