摘要
目的:进行奶牛乳用特征性状与305天产奶量的多元回归分析。方法:选择淮南益益乳品公司第一奶牛场,随机抽取荷斯坦奶牛180头,其中1-3胎各60头,测定乳用特征性状即楞角性(x1)、尻宽(x2)、尻角度(x3)、后肢侧视(x4)、蹄角度(x5)并评定线性分,进行与305天产奶量(y)的多元回归分析。结果:1)尻宽(x2)和蹄角度(x5)与305天产奶量(y)的相关系数分别为极显著(P〈0.01)的0.3065及0.2607。2)建立多元回归方程y=3686.36+12.92x1+53.84x2–26.21x3+3.56x4+45.31x5,达极显著水平(P〈0.01);但自变量x4、x1、x3的偏回归系数未达显著水平(P〉0.05)。3)建立最优回归方程y=3357.45+56.32x2+44.56 x5,回归方程及自变量的偏回归系数均达到极显著水平(P〈0.01)。
Objective: To study multiple regression equation of 305- day milk yield on bodily traits of Holstein cow. Method: 180 Holstein cows in Huainan Yi Yi Cow Farm,There were 60 cows at 1 - 3 fetals respectively,which were randomly sampled for measuring and linear assessing dairy traits,including dairy ness( x1),rump width( x2),rump angle( x3),rear leg side view( x4),and foot angle( x5),and to be collected 305- day milk yield( y),in order to make multiple regression analysis of 305- day milk yield on bodily traits of Holstein cow.Results: 1) Coefficients of correlation between rump width( x2),foot angle( x5) and 305- day milk yield( y)were 0. 3065( P〈0. 01) and 0. 2607( P〈0. 01) respectively. 2) Multiple regression equation y = 3686. 36 +12. 92x1+ 53. 84x2– 26. 21x3+ 3. 56x4+ 45. 31x5 was very significant( P〈0. 01),while partial regression coefficients of x4,x1,and x3 were not significant( P〉 0. 05). 3) The best regression equation y = 3357. 45 +56. 32x2+ 44. 56 x5 was built,while equation and partial regression coefficients of x2 and x5were very significant( P〈0. 01).
