摘要
目的：建立HPLC法同时测定羚羊感冒口服液中牛蒡苷和连翘苷的含量。方法：采用安捷伦C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相：乙腈-水（25：75）,流速：1.0m L/min,检测波长：280nm,柱温：30℃。结果：牛蒡苷在0.71-4.26μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.9996,连翘苷在0.0838-0.5028μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.9995,牛蒡苷的平均回收率为98.50%,RSD=1.06%,连翘苷的平均回收率为98.14%,RSD=0.83%。结论：试验表明,该方法操作简单,分离效果好,灵敏度高,可以用于羚羊感冒口服液的质量控制。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of arctiin and phillyrin in Lingyang Ganmao oral liquid. Methods： The Agilent C18（ 4. 6mm × 250 mm,5μm） column was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile- water（ 25： 75）,the flow rate was 1. 0ml·min- 1,the detection wavelength was 280 nm,and the coulumn temperature was 30℃. Results： The calibration curves of arctiin and phillyrin were linear respectively at the range of0. 71 - 4. 26μg（ r = 0. 9996）,0. 0838 - 0. 5028μg（ r = 0. 9995）. The average recoveries were 98. 50% for arctiin（ RSD =1. 06%） and 98. 14% for phillyrin（ RSD =0. 83%）. Conclusion： The method is simple and sensitive with good separation efficiency. It can be used for routine quality control of Lingyang Ganmao oral liquid.
