Q开关翠绿宝石激光及长脉冲翠绿宝石激光治疗雀斑疗效的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:比较利用Q开关翠绿宝石激光及长脉冲翠绿宝石激光治疗雀斑的疗效。方法:将60例雀斑患者随机分为2组,每组30例,对照组采用Q开关翠绿宝石激光治疗面部雀斑,实验组采用长脉冲翠绿宝石激光治疗面部雀斑;分别于术前、术后4w、8w及12w数码相机照相,观察其临床疗效及相关不良反应的发生情况。结果:通过术前术后对比及统计学分析,两组的治疗效果均较明显(P<0.05),但是两组之间的临床疗效无统计学差别(P>0.05);Q开关翠绿宝石激光治疗后,炎症后色沉的发生率更高(20.0%),而长脉冲翠绿宝石激光治疗后发生炎症后色沉的几率较低(6.1%);而且Q开关翠绿宝石激光治疗后发生水肿、疼痛及红斑的几率更高。结论:长脉冲翠绿宝石激光的治疗治疗雀斑的效果与Q开关翠绿宝石激光无明显差异,而且长脉冲翠绿宝石激光的不良反应发生率更低,所以长脉冲翠绿宝石激光可以成为一种很好的治疗雀斑的手段。 Objectives: To compare the ef cacy and adverse effects of using QS or LP Alexandrite laser for the treatment of lentigines. Methods: Sixty patients who were randomly assigned to two parts,with 30 patients in each group. One group was given a single QS laser treatment to their lentigines. The other group was given LP laser treatment to their lentigines. We took photos pre- treatment,and 4w,8w and 12 w post- treatment. Then we observed their effects and adverse effects. Results: There was statistically signi cant improvement in pigmentation( P〈0. 05) in both groups throughout the study,with no statistical difference found between the two groups( P〉0. 05). Postin ammatory hyperpigmentation was much frequently found after QS treatment( 20. 0%) compared to LP treatment( 6. 1%). More severe pain,erythema and edema were experienced during QS Alexandrite treatment. Conclusion: LP Alexandrite is as effective as QS Alexandrite in the treatment of lentigines,and carries a lower risk of adverse effects than QS Alexandrite for the removal of lentigines. So LP Alexandrite laser can become a good method for the removal of lentigines.
