摘要
医院志愿服务活动是社会志愿服务的重要组成部分,而社工作为医疗志愿服务的主体关系到医疗志愿服务的质量和发展。公立医院社工志愿服务中出现的"志愿失灵"问题具有其特殊的表现形式。通过分析公立医院社工志愿服务失灵产生的原因,对医院志愿服务专业化建设提出对策。
Hospital volunteer service activity is an important part of the community volunteer service, and the main body of social work for medical volunteer services is related to medical quality and development of volunteer ser- vice. Public hospital＇s ＂voluntary failure＂ problem in the volunteer service has its special form of expression. The arti- cle, based on the analysis of the cause of public hospital social workers volunteer service failure, puts forward coun- termeasures on construction of hospital volunteer service.
