摘要
探讨了不同的聚合物乳液、乳液用量、液粉比、水泥种类、水泥用量以及不同级配填料等因素对聚合物水泥防水涂料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,按照m(乳液)∶m(消泡剂)∶m(杀菌剂)∶m(水)=80∶0.5∶0.5∶20的配比制备液料,m(水泥)∶m(石英砂)∶m(增稠剂)=100∶100∶0.2的配比制备粉料,按液粉比为1∶2制备的聚合物水泥防水涂料拉伸强度和断裂伸长率满足GB 23445—2009中Ⅱ型产品的要求。
This article discussed influences of types and contents of polymer emulsions, the liquid powder ratio, types and contents of cements and different gradation fillers on tensile performances of polymer cement waterproofing coating. The results showed when m ( emulsion ) :m ( defoamer ) :m ( bactericide ) :m (water) =80:0.5:0.5:20, m ( cement ) :m ( quartz sand ) :m (thickening agent)=100:100:0.2 and the liquid powder ratio was 1:2, the tensile and elongation at break of polymer cement waterproofing coating met the requirements of Ⅱ type of GB 23445--2009.
