摘要
探讨了丹参根部活性成分的分布规律,为丹参药材质量控制提供依据。将丹参根部分别从横向和纵向切段,采用HPLC测定其中7种活性成分的含量。实验结果表明丹参根部活性成分分布具有一定规律性,根部从外向内各成分含量均呈降低趋势,表皮中含量最高。根部从上至下水溶性成分含量呈降低趋势,上部含量最高;而脂溶性成分含量则呈升高趋势,下部含量较高。
We address the distribution rule of active components in the roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. This provides a reference for its quality control. We incised its roots into horizontal and vertical parts, and then determined the contents of 7 active components by HPLC. Experimental results show that active components distribution of its roots exhibits a certain rule. The contents of all active components gradually decrease from its outside to inside, highest in epidermis. The contents of water-soluble components in its roots gradually reduce from top to bottom, highest at the top. However, the contents of fat-soluble components gradually increase, highest at the bottom.
