摘要
学术论文作为学者展示学术水平和治学风格的文本载体已经成为了目前各国基础研究的最主要的成果展示方式。然而,因我国科研成果评价过程中的缺陷,众多成果并未得到很好的应用。基于科研成果高效应用的目的,提出了考虑成果的应用价值,包括成果可读性、难度系数及国际国内先进水平在内的学术论文最新评价方法,以实现我国由科研论文产出大国走向科研成果应用大国的目的。
Academic papers as text vectors that show the level and？style of academic have become currently the main way to show the achievements of basic research in various countries.However,because of the defects of China＇s scientific research in the evaluation process,many achievements have not been very well applied.Based on the purpose of efficient application of scientific research achievements,we put forward a new evaluation method of academic papers considering the application value of achievement which include the readability,the difficulty coefficient and the domestic and international advanced level of achievement in order to realize the transformation from scientific paper output power to the application power of our country.
