摘要
目前针对SMA路面现场热再生技术的研究相对较少,文章分析评价了旧SMA沥青混合料中沥青老化程度及级配变化状况,通过添加再生剂恢复老化沥青性能,添加新料恢复SMA混合料骨架结构。采用热拌沥青混合料设计方法确定级配组成及最佳油石比,并结合室内试验进行了性能验证,结果表明所设计的再生SMA沥青混合料性能满足各项技术要求;同时对SMA路面现场热再生施工过程中的关键技术进行了总结。
At present, there are few research on hot in-place recycling(HIR) technology for SMA pavement. In this paper, the aging degree of asphalt and the change status of gradation are evaluated for the recycled SMA asphalt mixture. The performance of aging asphalt is regained by adding restore agent and the skeleton structure of SMA mixture is restored by adding new aggregates. Then, the gradation and OAC of the recycled mixture are determined based on the hot mixture asphalt design method, and verified by the laboratory performance tests. The test results show that the prepared recycled mixture meets the technical requirements. In the end, the key technologies on HIR are summarized for SMA pavement.
