摘要
克罗诺杆菌(原阪崎肠杆菌)是一种能够引起新生儿及婴幼儿脑膜炎、菌血症和坏死性小肠结肠炎等疾病的食源性条件致病菌。克罗诺杆菌在自然界中广泛存在,已从临床、食品及环境样本中被分离出来。了解食品及环境中克罗诺杆菌的污染状况,将有助于建立有效的预防控制措施以降低克罗诺杆菌爆发的风险。本文对2008年以来我国克罗诺杆菌的污染状况和预防控制措施进行了综述。
Cronobacter spp. , formerly known as Enterobacter sakazakii, are a group of opportunistic food-borne pathogens that have been implicated as a cause of necrotizing enterocolitis, sepsis, and meningitis in neonates and infants.These pathogens are ubiquitous in nature and have frequently been isolated in clinical settings and from foodstuffs and the environment. Understanding the levels of Cronobacter contamination in food and the environment will aid in the development of effective preventive measures to reduce the risk of Cronobacter outbreaks. This review provides an overview of Cronobacter contamination in clinical settings as well as in foodstuffs and the environment in China since 2008. This review also describes prevention and control measures to potentially prevent Cronobacter outbreaks.
