硫酸羟氯喹对类风湿关节炎合并2型糖尿病患者血糖及胰岛功能影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨硫酸羟氯喹对类风湿关节炎合并2型糖尿病患者血糖以及胰岛功能的影响。方法以我院门诊及住院类风湿关节炎合并2型糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,试验组给予胰岛素+甲氨蝶呤+硫酸羟氯喹,对照组给予胰岛素+甲氨蝶呤。观察两组治疗前及治疗12周空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、DAS28、HOMA-IR以及HOMA-β。结果试验组治疗前后各项观察指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及DAS28治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HOMA-IR、HOMA-β治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组间空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白、DAS28、HOMA-IR、HOMA-β差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羟氯喹可改善类风湿关节炎合并2型糖尿病患者血糖、胰岛素敏感性以及β细胞功能。 Objective To discuss the effects of hydroxychloroquine sulfate on the blood glucose and islet function of pa-tients with Rheumatoid arthritis and type 2 diabetes. Methods The research objects were 60 patients of our hospital with Rheu-matoid arthritis and type 2 diabetes, both inpatients and outpatients. The treatment group was given insulin +methotrexate +hydroxychloroquine sulfate,and the control group was given insulin + methotrexate. Fasting blood-glucose,2-hour post-meal blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum lipid,DAS28,HOMA-IR and HOMA-βbefore treatment and 12 weeks after treatment were tested. Results The obvervational indexes of treatment group had statistical significance between before and after treatment( P〈0. 05). Blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum lipid,and DAS28 of control group had statistical significance between before and after treatment(P〈0. 05),but HOMA-IR and HOMA-β hadn&#39;t(P〉0. 05). Compared of the two groups,fasting blood-glucose, 2-hour post-meal blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,serum lipid,DAS28,HOMA-IR and HOMA-β,had statistical significance (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Hydroxychloroquine could improve the indexes of blood glucose,insulin sensitivity andβ-cell&#39;s function of the patients with Rheumatoid arthritis and type 2 diabetes.
