摘要 针对车间开票排产无序、质检追溯难和工时统计冗余等问题,设计和开发了一种基于工时定额与Web技术的车间实时监控管理系统。通过对车间工作人员的权限分析以及与上游工作令管理、下游的库存管理和财务系统的协同管理设计,确定系统的基本功能和数据库结构,有效地完成了车间管理系统在公司ERP管理系统中的重要作用。该系统在上海某电机制造厂试运行,系统运行良好,增强了车间人员之间的信息共享与协同作用,员工的工作效率提高了30%,达到了预期的效果。 A real-time monitoring management system in mechanical workshop based on Norm of working hour and Web technology is designed and achieved to solve the problems of disordered working ticket schedule, difficult quality trace, and redundant working hour statistics and so on. The basic functions and database structure of the workshop's management system in the whole ERP management systems are defined and realized through the analysis of the permissions for service personal and design of cooperative management with upstream order management system, downstream inventory management and financial management systems. The system has been implemented in a motor factory in Shanghai and is running well with reinforced staff information sharing and collaboration between and an im- proved working efficiency by 30%.
