摘要 翻转课堂教学模式改变了教师的教学理念和学生的学习理念。它不仅促进教师和学生之间的交流互动,而且加深了学生与学生之间的团结互助,使教师差异化教学和学生个性化学习得以实现。学生课前看视频资料,师生课堂上讨论,巩固了学生对知识的内化吸收,培养了学生良好的自主学习能力、合作能力、时间管理能力、表达能力等多种能力,促进了教师专业、信息化技术等方面的综合发展,较传统教学模式,翻转课堂教学体现了很大的优势。 The Flipped Classroom Model has changed the teachers' teaching idea and the students' learning idea.It has not only promoted the interaction between teacher and students,but also strengthened the solidarity among students.It enables that teacher's differentiated instruction and students' personalized learning can be achieved.The students watch the video before class and discuss with the teacher in class,which enforces the assimilation of knowledge.Students' abilities can be improved,such as the ability to learn independently,ability to cooperate with others,ability to manage time and ability to express their ideas.The new teaching model promotes the teacher's comprehensive development in profession and information technology.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the Flipped Classroom has lots of advantages.
