摘要
以壳聚糖(CTS)和聚合硫酸铁(PFS)合成新型复合絮凝剂CTS/PFS,考察CTS/PFS质量比、反应温度、pH值和絮凝时间对曙红染料的脱色效果。结果表明,最佳处理工艺条件为:CTS/PFS质量比1∶8,絮凝时间1.50 h,pH值1.0,反应温度70℃,曙红染料溶液的脱色率可达97.20%。复合絮凝剂对曙红染料的吸附遵循Langmuir等温吸附模型。
A new composite flocculant CTS / PFS were prepared by using chitosan( CTS) and polyferric sulfate( PFS). The influence such as quality ratio of CTS / PFS,reaction temperature,pH value and flocculantion time on the decolorization rate of eosin dye solution was studied. The results showed that the optimal treatment conditions were: quality ratio of CTS / PFS was 1 ∶ 8,pH value was 1. 00,stirring 1. 50 h under 70 ℃,and the decolorization rate will up to 97. 20%. It shows that the adsorption curves of composite flocculant follow the formulas of Langmuir isothermal adsorption.
