摘要
以委内瑞拉超重油和常渣为原料,在反应温度410~430℃,反应时间15~50 min的范围内,和反应温度380~400℃,反应时间1~4 h的范围内,进行减黏裂化反应。减黏产物的分子量、胶质、凝点、闪点、H/C和S含量下降,但是残炭、沥青质和N含量上升。根据生焦诱导期,反应时间和反应温度的关系,确定优化的工艺条件,并运用在连续式反应设备中进行的减黏裂化反应进行验证,实验值与预测值十分相近。随着反应苛刻度的提高,减黏产物从牛顿流体转变成非牛顿流体,呈现假塑性流体形态,且有屈服值,不利于输运。
Venezuela extra-heavy oil or AR reacted at 410 ~ 430 ℃ /15 ~ 50 min and 380 ~ 400 ℃ / 1 ~4 h by visbreaking. After visbreaking,molecular weight,freezing point,flash point,H / C and the conten of S and resin decreased,while CCR,the content of asphaltene and N increased. According to coke induction period,reaction time and reaction temperature,optimal process conditions were determined and the experimental values and predicted values are very closed by visbreaking carried out in a continuous equipment.Along with the increasing of reaction severity,visbreaking products altered to non-newtonian fluid,presented the property of pseudoplastic fluid and had yield value,which influenced transportation.
