摘要
研究了复合纳米Si C粉体对HT250性能的影响,找到了适合铸造生产现场的复合纳米Si C粉体加入工艺,并在柴油发动机气缸盖上进行应用试验。研究表明:(1)在HT250中加入复合纳米Si C粉体对改善材料性能有明显效果,其中耐磨性和耐冷热冲击性提升幅度突出;(2)复合纳米Si C粉体对材料性能的影响与材料本身合金成分、粉体加入量和加入工艺有关;(3)在某6缸柴油机气缸盖上进行的应用试验表明,加入粉体后可以明显改善缸盖底面鼻梁区裂纹情况,使气缸盖顺利通过可靠性试验。
The effect of Nano Si C composite powders on the performance of HT250 was studied. A suitable casting nano Si C composite powder was chosen in a diesel engine cylinder production. The results indicated that:(1)Nano Si C composite powders had a significant effect on improving HT250 properties,in which the abrasion resistance and thermal shock resistance had the great improvements.(2)The effect of nano Si C composite powder on material properties was related to material composition,the amount of powder added and the process method.(3)The application test on a six-cylinder diesel engine cylinder head shown that,the crack on nose area of the cylinder head was significantly improved. That made the cylinder head successfully passed the reliability test.
