摘要
目的评价北京市3类医院2014的医疗服务绩效情况。方法基于既往北京市住院医疗服务绩效评价指标体系，应用BJ—DRGs（2014版）分组软件，利用北京市2014年病案首页数据对医院的住院服务“能力”“效率”“医疗安全”和“学科发展均衡性”各项指标进行分析；利用德尔菲法开展专家咨询，根据专家意见对各项结果给予权重，再按照权重计算各医疗机构住院服务综合绩效的总成绩。结果3类医院的综合分值2014年同比2013年均有所提高，且三级甲等综合医院高于区域医疗中心，区域医疗中心高于其他综合医院。结论区域医疗中心医院逐渐成为北京市医疗服务的中坚力量，其他综合医院特别是位于中心城区的部分二级医院在逐步向只收治亚急性、慢性病的医院发展。
Objective To analyze the medical service performance of three categories of hospitals in Beijing in 2014. Methods Analysis of such indexes of hospital inpatient services as ＂ability＂ ＂efficiency＂ ＂medical safety＂ and ＂disciplines development balance＂. The study was based on the inpatient＇s medical records homepage data of Beijing in 2014, using the grouping software （BJ-DRGs 2014 version）. The Delphi method was called into play for expert consultation, with the weight set for each of those indexes based on expert comments, and the general score for each institution calculated based on the weight of individual indexes. Results The general scoring of the three categories of hospitals in 2014 was found higher than 2013, and tertiary ones were higher than regional medical centers, while the latter higher than other general hospitals. Conclusion Regional medical centers are growing into mainstream of medical service in Beijing, while other general hospitals, especially those secondary ones in downtown areas, are evolving into hospitals specialized in sub-acute and chronic diseases.
