摘要 液压平板车是大件货物运载、顶升的主要设备。根据力平衡原理,在重载作业时可通过车货整体的对地压载估算场地的承载力要求。在估算场地承载力时,计算平板车的有效对地作用区域是准确估算的关键。文中通过对场地地基承载力特点的分析,结合平板车的尺寸及支撑轮轴的分布特征,提出平板车重载时有效对地作用区域的计算方法。在车货总重及平板车有效对地作用区域确定的前提下,可估算场地必须达到的承载力要求。此估算方法可为施工场地的前期建设提供有效的技术依据。 The hydraulic trailer is the major equipment for handling and lifting large cargoes. Based on the force balance principle, the site bearing capacity can be estimated with the cargo' s loading to the ground. To estimate the site bearing capacity, calculation of the effective action-to-ground zone of the trailer is the key. The paper puts forward the calculation method for the effective action-to-ground zone of the loaded trailer through analysis on the bearing capacity of the site foundation considering the dimension of the trailer and distribution characteristics of the supporting wheel axle. Under the premise that the gross weight and effective action-to-ground zone 'of the trailer are determined, the bearing capacity to be reached by the site can be estimated. The method can provide effective technical basis for early-stage construction.
