摘要
基于宁波市2004、2009、2014年物流企业数据,以街道为研究的空间单元,探讨了宁波市物流企业空间分布及其演化特征。研究进一步应用负二项回归模型,验证宁波物流企业空间分布及区位选择的影响因素,并比较了其对物流企业、运输型物流企业、非运输型物流企业影响差异。结果表明:宁波市物流企业主要集中在距离市中心30km的范围内;集聚的热点区域主要分布在北仑区的戚家山街道、新碶街道、霞浦街道、大碶街道、小港街道;非运输型物流企业已经形成以北仑区为集聚中心的空间发展格局,运输型物流企业的集聚中心正逐渐显现。负二项回归模型的结果显示:区位通达度、集聚要素、政府政策是宁波市物流企业空间格局形成的主要影响因素;区位通达度对非运输型物流企业区位选择的影响作用要高于运输型物流企业,而政府政策对运输型物流企业的影响更强。
Based on the data of logistics enterprises in 2004, 2009 and 2014, the paper discusses the spatial distribution of logistics enterprises and its evolution in Ningbo with streets as its space unit. Adopting negative binomial regression model, the paper confirms the factors that influence the spatial distribution and location choice of logistics enterprises,and compares the differences of its effects on logistics enterprises, transport logistics enterprises and non- transport logistics enterprises. The results show: Logistics enterprises are concentrated in the range of 30 km from the center of Ningbo; Hot regional agglomeration is mainly distributed in Qi Jia Shan Street, Xinqi Street, Xiaqi Street, Daqi Street and Xiao Gang Street in Beilun District. Non- transport logistics enterprises have formed the space development pattern with Beilun area as the gathering center. The gathering center of transportation logistics enterprises is gradually coming into being. Negative binomial regression model shows: geographical accessibility, gathering elements and government policies are the main factors that affect the pattern formation of logistics enterprises. The effects of regional accessibility on non-transportation logistics enterprise's location choice are higher than those on transportation logistics enterprises' while the impact of government policies on transportation logistics enterprises is stronger.
