摘要
IDC数据机房在互联网产业的产品升级过程中扮演着重要的角色,其空调系统全年制冷,冷负荷远远大于普通空调系统。笔者针对机房设备运行环境,掌握其基础设计环境参数,为其量身定制了节能效果显著的室内环境控制系统。结合IDC机房空调系统设计及运行特点,对自然冷却技术、封闭冷通道技术和余热回收技术等进行了节能分析。通过上述节能技术分析,确定合理的施工技术手段,为类似项目积累施工经验。
Internet Data Center plays an important role in the process of product-upgrading in the Internet industry,and its air conditioning system refrigerates all through the year.However,the cooling load is far above the ordinary air conditioning system.According to its operating environment of the room equipment and its designed environment parameters,the energy-efficient indoor environment control system has been designed.Based on design and operating characteristics of air conditioning system,this thesis analyzes the energy efficiency of natural cooling technology,closed cooling channel technology and waste heat recovery technology.Through the energy saving technology analysis,a reasonable construction technology means will be determined,and the construction experience will be accumulated for similar project.
