摘要
目的探讨高血压患者血压、脉压、循环microRNA与急性心肌梗死的相关性。方法连续、随机选取2014年6月至2015年1月于我科就诊的高血压合并急性心肌梗死患者60例为观察组,连续、随机选取同时期就诊的高血压不合并急性心肌梗死患者60例为对照组,比较并分析2组患者收缩压、脉压以及循环microRNA水平是否有差异。结果观察组与对照组比较收缩压、脉压有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组microRNA-499、microRNA-214和microRNA-208均高于对照组,且观察组中Killip分级高者循环microRNA波动大于分级低者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论收缩压、脉压以及循环microRNA与急性心肌梗死有明显相关性,且循环microRNA在不同Killip分级患者中存在明显差异,其与急性心肌梗死有明显相关性。
Objective To explore the relationship between systolic pressure, pulse pressure, circulating microRNA, and acute myocardial infarc- tion. Methods A total of 60 patients with essential hypertension and acute myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital fi'om June 2014 to January 2015 were randomly recruited as observation group. 60 patients only with essential hypertension at the same time were selected as control group. The differences in systolic pressure, pulse pressure, and circulating microRNA levels were compared and analyzed. Results There were significant dif- ferencs in systolic pressure and pulse pressure between the two groups (P 〈 0.05 ). The microRNA-d99, microRNA- 214 and microRNA- 208 in ob- servation group were higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The fluctuation of circulating micmRNA with higher Killip grade was larger than those with lower Killip grade (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There is a significant correlation between systolic pressure, pulse pressure, circulating mi- cmRNA, and acute myocardial infarction. The circulating micmRNA was abnormal in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and those indexes were different in patients with different Killip grade, which suggests these microRNAs have close correlation with acute myocardial infarction.
