碳交易市场发展的国际比较与启示 被引量：2

摘要 在国际碳交易市场规模迅速扩张的背景下,我国政府也明确提出要利用市场机制实现有效碳减排目标,发展低碳经济,实现可持续发展。本文详细介绍了国内外碳交易市场的发展现状,分析了我国碳交易市场建立过程中存在的不足之处,并借鉴国外碳交易市场的先进理念及建设经验,提出了进一步完善我国碳交易市场的相关建议。
