石墨烯/橡胶纳米复合材料的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 石墨烯是一种有着优异性能的二维纳米填料,将石墨烯与聚合物复合是发挥其性能的重要途径,石墨烯/橡胶纳米复合材料对橡胶的力学机械性能、电学性能、导热性能和气体阻隔性能等都有很大提升,得到了广泛关注。首先介绍了石墨烯的制备及功能化,然后对石墨烯/橡胶纳米复合材料的制备方法进行了详细的归纳,总结了石墨烯的加入对石墨烯/橡胶纳米复合材料性能的影响,对该类材料所面临的问题及发展趋势进行了分析和展望。 Graphene is a kind of 2-dimensional nanofiller with excellent performance.Compounding graphene and polymer is an effective route to exert its advantages.The mechanical properties,electrical properties,thermal conductivity and gas barrier properties of rubber are improved by mixing with graphene,which have attracted extensive attention.In this paper,the synthesis and functionalization of graphene is introduced first.Then the preparation methods and properties of graphene/rubber composites are thoroughly investigated.Lastly,the problems and development perspective of graphene/rubber nanocomposites are proposed.
