摘要
近年来,合肥作为全国唯一的"国家科技创新型试点市",适逢合芜蚌自主创新综合试验区的良好机遇,坚持推进创新驱动发展战略,科技服务业得到了较好发展,初步形成相对完整的科技服务业产业体系,但在政策、体制机制、集群发展、统计制度、人才等方面存在问题。制定专项政策,推进科技体制改革,推动集聚发展,建立健全统计体系,加快人才培养,推动合肥科技服务业发展。
In recent years,Hefei has been the only ＂national science and technology innovation pilot city＂,and has a good opportunity coinciding with the comprehensive test area of Hefei,Wuhu and Bengbu. To promote innovation driven development strategy,science and technology service industry of Hefei has gained better development,and formed a relatively complete system of science and technology service industry. But there are still some problems in its policy,system and mechanism,cluster development,statistical system,and talents. Thus it is necessary to develop special policy,promote the reform of science and technology and cluster development,establish a sound statistical system,speed up the cultivation of talents,promote the development of Hefei science and technology service industry.
