棉花新品种植株性状与产量因素性状的因子分析与聚类分析 被引量:2

摘要 为研究棉花植株性状与产量因素性状的相互关系,为棉花遗传改良提供参考,对湖北省2012年棉花区域试验常规棉组的28个品种的植株性状与产量性状进行因子分析,发现前7个公因子累积方差贡献率达91.57%,分别为籽指因子、产量因子、早熟因子、生育期因子、衣分因子、果枝数因子。利用不同品种在各公因子上的得分值进行了聚类分析,将28个供试棉花品种聚为6类,同时从单株铃数、铃重、衣分和铃期病指等性状对各类品种进行评价,有针对性地提出改良方向。 To study the relationship between the cotton plant traits and yield factors, so as to provide reference for cotton genetic improvement. Factor analysis was used to study this relationship for the 28 varieties from Hubei conventional cotton regional test in 2012. It was found that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the former seven common factor have come to 91.57%, which are seed index factor, output factor, pre- cocious factor, growth duration factor, lint factor, number of branch factor, respectively. By clustering analyses of the common factor score of different varieties, 28 varieties were grouped with 6 classes. All groups of varieties were evaluated by the boll number, boll weight and lint and disease resistance, and then improvement direction was put forward for the conventional cotton genetic improvement.
