摘要
封孔器是巷道底板预应力锚索注浆成败的关键部件,封孔器与钻孔壁间漏浆量是影响注浆效果的主要因素。根据新型巷道底板预应力锚索注浆封孔器工作原理,依据封孔器与钻孔壁间浆液的流动特征,采用流体雷诺系数判别浆液为层流。通过理论公式与数值模拟两种计算漏浆量方法的对比分析,得出了漏浆量平均误差率,提出了理论公式修正系数K,修正后的理论公式可为封孔器直径、钻孔直径、封孔长度、封孔器内膨胀材料等参数的最优组合提供重要理论参考。
Hole packer is the key component which decides the effect of prestressed anchor cable grouting in roadway floor,and the quantity of slurry leakage between the annulus of hole packer and hole wall is the key factor which influences the grouting effect. According to the working principle of newly designed hole packer for prestressed anchor cable grouting in roadway floor,based on the slurry flowing characteristics in the annulus of hole packer and hole wall,the slurry flow mode was judged to be laminar flow based on Reynolds Number. According to the contrasts analysis of theoretical formula and numerical simulation,the average error rate of slurry leakage quantity was obtained,and the correction factor K for the theoretical formula was put forward. The modified theoretical formula can provide significant reference for the optimum combination of parameters,such as the diameter of hole packer and borehole,the sealing length,and the expanding material within the hole packer etc.
