牦牛绒纯纺围巾的织造工艺 被引量:2

摘要 简述牦牛绒纤维的优良性能,提出织制牦牛绒围巾的意义。采用灰色关联法对2组不同织造工艺制得的8.3 tex牦牛绒精梳纯纺围巾的物理指标进行分析,得出织造工艺对牦牛绒围巾的经向断裂强力影响最大。据此,测试了5种不同织造工艺织制的牦牛绒围巾的经向断裂强力,得到了最优织造工艺,即综平时间220 mm,后梁高度88 mm,投梭力280 mm,投梭时间216 mm,经停架位置210 mm。为开发高档牦牛绒围巾产品提供了研究基础。 In this paper, yak cashmere fibers having excellent performances were introduced and the fundamental significances of yak cashmere scarf production were presented. In order to simplify the experiments' process and reduce cost, gray correlation was introduced to analyze the physical indexes of 8.3 tex yakwool scarves produced by two different weaving processes. The results demonstrated that the warp broken strength was greatly influenced by weaving process. Based on the results, the warp broken strength of five scarves produced by 5 different weaving process was determined, and the optimum process was acquired: shedding time was 220 mm, the height of back rest was 88 mm, the picking force was 280 mm, the picking time was 216 mm, and the stop motion position was 210 mm. Such a research served as a basis for yak cashmere scarf production.
