摘要
中药饮片形式、规格与临床用药需求、生产力发展水平、商品集散流通等多方面因素密切相关,对于饮片的疗效发挥、真伪优劣鉴别乃至稳定储存有着重要影响。鉴于此,文章梳理了中药饮片形制规格发展演变的历史脉络,并从饮片的治疗属性、调剂属性、商品属性、文化属性及环境属性等5个方面进行了初步分析,以期探索推动饮片形式不断发展演变的因素,更好地认清中药饮片的发展方向,服务中医临床与饮片产业。
Shape and specification of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) decoction pieces are closely related to clinical demands, productivity development level, products distribution and circulation and so on, which has an important influence on performance of efficacy, identification of authenticity and merits, and stability storage. In view of this, this paper investigates the historical development process of shape and specification of TCM decoction pieces, and analyzes the therapeutic properties, modulation properties, commodity properties, cultural properties and environment properties of decoction pieces preliminarily, in order to investigate the factors for promoting the development and evolution of piece shapes, and to recognize the development direction of TCM decoction pieces so better that to serve TCM clinic and TCM decoction pieces industry.
