摘要
校内生产性实训基地顶岗实习是高职校内实践教学的一种新形式,是实现高职"工学结合"人才培养模式的有效途径,其正常有序的运行直接关系到高职人才培养的质量。因此,高职院校应重视校内生产性实训基地顶岗实习运行机制的建设,成立多方联动管理运行机制、建立健全管理与激励机制、建立校企长效合作机制和校内顶岗实习发展性考评机制等,以确保校内顶岗实习的成效。
Post practice on on-campus production-oriented training base is a new form of practice teaching,which is an effective way to realize the talent cultivate mode of integration of learning with working. Its normal ordered run directly affects the quality of talent development. So the higher vocational college should pay more attention to the establishment of operational mechanism of post practice on on-campus production-oriented training base,establishing and improving the management and excitation mechanism,building long valid mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,and introducing expansibility evaluation,ensuring the affection of post practice.
