摘要
目的：探讨应用腹腔镜直肠癌根治术对老年直肠癌患者进行治疗的临床效果.方法：选择2013年3月-2014年5月在我院接受治疗的60例老年直肠癌患者作为研究对象.结果：观察组住院时间、术中出血量、肠功能恢复时间等均明显优于对照组,观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,组间比较存在显著性差异（P＆lt;0.05）.结论：应用腹腔镜直肠癌根治术对老年直肠癌患者进行治疗,可有效提高临床治疗效果.
Objective：To study the application of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical to the clinical effect of treatment in elderly pa -tients with colorectal cancer .Methods：in March, 2013 -May 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 60 cases of elderly patients with rec-tal cancer as the research object .Results：observation group hospitalization time , intraoperative blood loss , bowel function recovery time were significantly better than the control group , the observation group of patients with complication rates significantly lower than the control group, the comparison between groups exist significant difference （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion： the application of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical treatment in elderly patients with colorectal cancer could effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect .
